This is a small bathroom that was in need of an update. With the addition of ceramic tile, a custom built medicine cabinet, crown molding, a new vanity, and some furnishings this bathroom will continue to please for years to come
The tile shower surround in this bathroom was starting to develop mold and collapse in areas. This is very common in homes where tile is put directly over any type of drywall. I installed a cement board underlayment and sealed with silicone so this problem should never return.
This is a basement that had roughed in framing, plumbing, and electrical. Unfortunately there are no before photos but it was all bare studs and concrete. The homeowners were particularly excited to have a bathroom so they didn't have to go up and down stairs as frequently.
This garage needed a lot of work. After replacing most of the trim, replacing siding, re-hanging gutters, re-building the awning, and giving it a quality paint job, the garage became something the homeowner could again be proud of.
This is a cedar fence we put in. We got lucky and caught a good sale on cedar that made the price reasonable when compared to pressure treated pickets. I always recommend cedar whenever possible, you get rid of a lot of nasty chemicals and the wood is more dimensionally stable.
This home had exposed wood clapboards and damaged window trim that the homeowner was tired of painting. We came in and installed vinyl siding directly over the clapboards and wrapped the trim in aluminum.
